Green Acres at Red Brick Farmhouse - A quiet country retreat, to park your RV or camp, nestled in the picturesque rural outskirts of Higginsville, Missouri. Our yard consists of 3 acres of a 180 acre farm and we have two-50/30/20 amp & one-30 amp RV hookup with water and portable dumping. We also have two camp sites with a 110 electric and we can provide a shower and toilet. This is the perfect place to breathe in the quiet surroundings, relax and view the yard with its dozens of mature shade trees and surrounding pastures and fields. 

The Space

This private space for you and your RV will provide you with rural Midwest atmosphere. The yard and surrounding fields are quiet, peaceful and serene. You will have plenty of space to stretch your legs, take a walk down the winding country road that borders the farm, or play a game of horseshoes or other yard games. 

Guest Access

The private driveway allows plenty of room for you to maneuver your RV into place and hook up to the water and electricity. You will also have at your disposal an outdoor table and chairs, a fire-pit, firewood, a BBQ grill, and a horseshoe pit.

No Smoking on Porch or Patio Area
No Parties or Events
Check-in Anytime After 2pm
Check-out by 12pm
Please only park on the driveway closest to your RV and not in the grass. Limit of 2 vehicles.
Grilling or Use of the Fire Pit activities shall only be conducted at the designated area of the premises.
Dogs accepted, they must be kept on a leash and tenant must pick up after them.
Place bagged trash in the trash can near the front of the garage.
No loud or disturbing behavior is permitted at any time. Do not leave children unsupervised.
Guest responsible for and making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing:
Year round rate $35/$45 per night plus applicable taxes.
Additional tenants above four will be an extra $5.00 per day per tenant.
