John and Hilda's Room - a 17 ft by 14 ft room offering a king size, antique walnut bed with a Stearns and Foster mattress, ceiling fan, and a quaint sitting area for two. This is a second floor bedroom with 4 beautiful windows showcasing the lay of the farm land surrounding the lawn.

Emma's Room
16 ft by 12 ft, featuring a queen size, antique brass bed with luxury mattress, ceiling fan, sitting area, and a writing desk. This is a second floor bedroom with 2 beautiful windows overlooking the scenic grassland and pond.

Edwin's Bedroom
16 ft by 16 ft, featuring a queen size, antique Eastlake bed with luxury mattress, additional antique twin size bed, ceiling fan, and large antique desk. This room can accommodate three guests - for an additional $40 per night charge for the third guest. This is a second floor bedroom with 3 beautiful windows showcasing the lay of the farm land surrounding the lawn.

Guest Access
Guests may park on the west side of the circle driveway for the nearest convenience to the front porch entrance. You may enter the Bed & Breakfast by way of the front porch. Also you are welcome to sit on our large front porch in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee or in the late evening to enjoy the stars. The Farmhouse also offers a large dining room and living room just for our guests, with a cozy fireplace for your personal enjoyment.

Year round rate: Emma's Room $145/night plus applicable taxes
Edwin's Room $155/night plus applicable taxes ($40/night for extra guest)
John & Hilda's Room $165/night plus applicable taxes
Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus a 5% service fee. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
